Over/Under Runs:   we reserve the right to over/under ship 3% of the order and

Production Time:    normal production time is 5-10 business days after the

                            approval of proof.

Proofs:                 no charge for digital virtual proof; add $25.00 (v) + setup +

                           cost of item for pre-production sample proof.

Returns:               not accepted without factory's authorization.

Rush Service:        availability varies, contact factory.

Samples:              use 100 pieces quantity plus freight.

Shipping Methods: UPS, FedEx, Airborne or other authorized carries. we can only

                           guarantee the delivery date when the goods leave PrimeTime

                           and can not be responsible for carrier's delays.

Transit Damage:   all claims resulting from transit damage or loss must be filed

                          with the carrier by the consignee.

Warranty:            three years limited warranty, covers defects in material and

                                   workmanship under normal use. returned items may be replaced

                          with un-imprinted items.
