Artwork: We accept Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw for PC format. As for Mac format, please export the files into EPS format, with converted text to curves. 
Cancellations: All expenses applied will be charged accordingly.
Change of Copy: $25.00 (V).
Co-Op Programs: Contact PrimeTime sales team.
Drop Shipment: $5.00 (x) per location plus freight.
F.O.B. Point: Arcadia, CA.
Imprint Methods: Laser engraving, silk screening, digital imprint, pad printing.
Less Than Minimum: 20% extra on top of invoice, excluded shipping
Over/Under Runs: We reserve the right to over/under ship 3% of the order and bill accordingly.
Personalization: $1.00 (v) per name. minimum charge $10.00 (x)
Production Time: Normal production time is 5-10 business days after the approval of proof.
Proofs: No charge for digital virtual proof; add $25.00 (v) + setup + cost of item for pre-production sample proof.
Returns: Not accepted without factory's authorization.
Rush Service: Availability varies, contact factory.
Samples: Use 100 pieces quantity plus freight.
Shipping Methods: UPS, FedEx, Airborne or other authorized carries. We can only guarantee the delivery date when the goods leave PrimeTime and can not be responsible for carrier's delays.
Trademarks: All logos in this site are for illustration purposes only. They do not constitute an endorsement of the product, nor do they indicate that the product has been purchased from PrimeTime by the person or the company whose name or logo appears on the product.
Transit Damage: All claims resulting from transit damage or loss must be filed with the carrier by the consignee.
Warranty: Three years limited warranty, covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Returned items may be replaced with un-imprinted items.
